About the Founder
Ms. Smitha Shetty, Director of Second Home Play School and Daycare, is a highly respected child care and education expert with over 22 years of experience. A qualified NTT teacher trainer for All India Childhood Care and Education, she holds a B.Com and specializes in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) and Montessori Preschool Teacher Training (MPTT). Ms. Shetty's eclectic approach emphasizes the seven stages of child development, catering to SSC, CBSE, ICSE, and IB curriculums. She creates a nurturing environment by exclusively recruiting mothers as teachers, ensuring children receive the best care. Her leadership fosters holistic development through hands-on, interactive learning, preparing children for formal schooling and nurturing their natural growth.
